2014 Kinsmen River Front Home Lottery

Mike Holmes Approved

As a previous co-owner of Lexis Homes, we were involved in building the first home offered by a lottery in Saskatoon as an infill home. It is located along the South Saskatchewan River directly across from the weir. It is also the first Lottery Home to be Mike Holmes Approved. All aspects of this house met Mike Holmes minimum code and was inspected and approved by a Mike Holmes Certified Inspector.

The 2014 Kinsmen Home Lottery was one of the most successful home lotteries in the history of the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon.
