New Construction: 7 New Homes

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

This project involved the demolition of the existing structure, the safe removal of asbestos, and the construction of 7 new homes. Unique aspects of this project include open riser stairs, stainless steel floor to ceiling spindles, tile art panels and the first houses in Saskatoon to incorporate Kayu wood into the exterior finishing.

Unique approaches were taken to ensure proper sound-proofing that far exceeded minimum code requirements.
