Retail Storefront Renovation

Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan

This project involved the removal of the existing exterior materials, repairing degraded material, building a front façade, repairing the SBS roofing membrane, prepping the entire front of the building for stone, re-framing the front awning and installing fibre cement siding, resealing windows and preparing and wiring for the new exterior signage.

Wireless and remote lighting controls were also set up for inside the store including an option to monitor and control the HVAC system from distant locations.
