New Construction: Commercial Office

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

This project involved getting City of Saskatoon approval to rezone the site to allow the construction of a new commercial office building. This building was designed to maximize leasable space based on the size of the lot and available parking. The building offers 2,400 sq ft of space split over 2 floors.

Nine offices in total were built with the potential for 2 additional offices as flex spaces including a common board room, kitchen and casual meeting space up front.
